UK Delivery Options

Standard UK Shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 Days)

  • Over £19.99 - Free Shipping
  • Orders under £19.99  - £2.5
  • Orders under £19.99  with smaller items - £1

Express Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Days)

  • Over £19.99  - £3
  • Orders under £19.99  - £4
  • Orders under £19.99, weighing less than 50g - £2

 

EU Delivery Options

Shipping is done via weight so the cost of shipping does vary drastically. Smaller items that will fit in a large letter there are untracked and tracked options.

  • Orders under 2kg are sent with Royal Mail Tracked International Service, delivery aim is 3-5 days.
  • Orders over 2kg are sent with DPD/Parcelforce, delivery aim is 3-5 days.

 

Rest of World Delivery

Shipping is done via weight so the cost of shipping does vary drastically. Smaller items that will fit in a large letter there are untracked and tracked options.

    • Orders under 2kg are sent with Royal Mail Tracked International Service, delivery aim is 5-7 days.
    • Orders over 2kg are sent with DPD/Parcelforce, delivery aim is 5-7 days.

 

Please Note:

I currently work full time so whilst I always aim to ship next day it's not always possible due to work commitments, I will always ship within 2-3 days of an order being placed though.

Returns & Exchanges

      • Whilst we hope everyone is happy with their order we understand that issues happen with shipping and people change their mind so we do offer returns and exchanges.
      • Return Shipping is paid as buyers expense and it will be the buyers responsibility to ensure items are returned safely so you may wish to use a tracked service and/or keep your postage receipts.
      • Items must still be in their original and unused condition with any original tags and in any packaging they arrived in.
      • To start a return please contact us via at plushiesgaloreuk@gmail.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the product. 
      • Once we've confirmed receipt of the item the refund will be processed within 2 working days - please note that it may take longer for the refund to process with the bank/paypal.
      • If you decide to go ahead with an exchange and the new item costs more you will be charged the difference, if the new item costs less you will be refunded the difference.
