Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not dispatched we are more than happy to process a cancellation or edit an order for you, just reach out to us over instagram for the quickest response. You can find us on instagram here.

I have an issue with my order

If there is any issue at all please get in contact with us straight away either via email (in the footer) or the instagram linked above.

Pre-Orders

If you've seen something that we're stocking soon and you want to make sure you're able to purchase please contact us over on instragram of via email. Whilst we don't currently take pre-payments we are happy to put items to one side for you. Once the item has arrived we'll be in contact to process the order - the item will go on hold for you for 1 week once it arrives, if there's no response it will go up for general sale.

I'm interested in something that's out of stock

Whilst we can restock some items we cannot restock everything as a lot of Japanese goodies are limited edition runs so we often pre-order from our suppliers a few months before the release date and then we never see those items again so if you want something it's best to pick it up as soon as possible. We do show our stock levels so you have a rough guide of how many of an item we have for sale.
